Grilled tilapia with Magic Swamp Dust is strangely addictive. It's even better with the Fire Department version. Also, I ate half a jar of Gator Pickles in 1 hour - and I am not a person who typically likes pickles. I truly can't express how good this stuff is!!

I think I am addicted to "Magic Swamp Dust! It adds such a wonderful flavor to everything I have tried so far. May have to buy it in larger quantities at the rate I'm using it. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

Best flavor enhancing product on the market! Not only is Swamp Dust wonderful sprinkled on a salad, just try it on your popcorn! I have used it on fish, chicken, homemade soup, & steaks for sure. Nothing like it :)

I have used this seasoning for a couple of years after a friend gave me some. It gives a good flavor with just a little spice to it. I ordered a case last week and have already given 1/2 of it away to friends.

We were introduced to Swamp Dust a few years ago by our best friends whom were living in Louisiana. Since then we are on our third case. We use it literally on everything from eggs in the morning to whatever we are cooking for dinner. I wish Walmart would pic this up so more people could experience the best seasoning around.

Side note: They top was loose on the pickles when delivered and leaked and soaked the shipping box. The actual pickles were fine tho. Delicious

We love Gator Pickles in our house. A friend introduced us to them over a year ago and our refrigerator has not been without them, since. We love them with just about any soup and always compliment our homemade chili with Gator Pickles. When the pickle jar is empty, we keep the juice to marinade shrimp for grilling. If you try Gator Pickles, you will love them and find many uses for them, too.

I am so thankful my Son introduced me to the BEST sweet, spicy pickles EVER!!!! I eat them straight out of the jar, on grilled cheese, in tuna and potato salad...even in chili!!! And the service is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and courteous...GREAT JOB.......

This is my 2nd time using this product and all of my guests at the boil loved it! It wasn't too hot and it had plenty of good tasting spices. I recommend this product to anyone having a mudbug boil!

O=K, bestest probably isn't in the dictionary but using this seafood boil will bring out the best in any creature of the sea. I made poached salmon as my first Creative Cajun seafood dish. Excellent! Next I tried shrimp (can't get crawfish in New Jersey) and the kick was just what the shrimp needed.
Swamp Dust is making me a great cajun cook.

Magic Swamp Dust is DELICIOUS! We use this in ALL our cooking in the restaurant/bar. It is the PERFECT mixture of all the seasonings used. I have tried for years to get a great combination of seasonings! This was is PERFECTLY AWESOME!

I can not eat eggs with out this! Great on scrambled eggs! Nothing better than to sprinkle this on a raw tomato or tomato sandwich and eat it! Makes it absolutely delicious! So many uses, take a split loaf of buttered french bread sprinkled with Magic Swamp Dust, stick it the oven and toast it! The mellow blend of seasonings are just right, compliments most and food and makes it so much better! I work all over the country and take etra Magic Swamp Dust where ever I go and introduce it to all the good people I meet!

My boyfriend and I are hooked on the Fire Department Blend Swamp Dust. We've ordered two boxes over the last two years to be shipped up here to Minnesota. I can't say enough good things about it. We use it on just about everything but cereal and ice cream. :)

On a trip to Louisiana from Georgia, my cousin told me to stop by the store and get a few cans. I opened a can in the store and I've been hooked ever since that day. Now I order 12 at a time. Also the owner was so generous in sharing other items like the pickles on the house. Those pickles make me want to eat my fingers. I'm hooked on them as well. That will be my next big order.

My husband and I love the Cajun Magic Dust. We have got our son and his family loving it also. My granddaughers 5 and 3 will even eat the Fire Department seasoning. We love it with grilled yellow squash and zucchini squash. You just put olive oil in a large ziplock bag. Cut the squash long ways into fourths. Then cut it into 1-2 inch pieces, put in bag and coat and put in grill basket. Season with Cajun Magic Dust to suite you taste. Leave a little crunchy. Great flavor.

This Yankee up north loves the Fire Department Blend of Swamp Dust seasoning. I make a wicked home made beef jerky and this seasoning puts it over the top. This was a new product to me and I was lucky enough to have a friend down in Louisiana who brought up a can to me. Most definitely will be placing a order for another can soon.

Rich in flavor, not heat. This product has a kick but the heat amps up the flavor. This is not beads-of-sweat-on-the-forehead kind of heat. We use it almost interchangeably with the regular swamp dust. I prefer the more pronounced flavor of this on beef. It works extremely well on stronger fish, like salmon, although use a deft hand on milder fish and it's yummy too.

That Back Porch Fish Fry makes the best Fish I've ever eaten. I'm a country girl and I've eaten fried fish all of my life. However the Back Porch fish fry puts it all on another level. Once you go Back (porch fish fry that is)you will stay there.
