Be careful, this may burn you up, so use it sparingly. Rub it on a turkey or chicken to fry without a batter, or sprinkle it lightly on your favorite meat before adding Magic Swamp Dust, to add that extra buttery mesquite flavor!

  1. Jambalaya 5 Star Review

Posted by on 10th Sep 2017

Recently, I made jambalaya for my sons wedding. I was asked to make it child friendly, low salt. I needed a Cajun spice mix for the adults to add. After trying 5 of the top brands I tried your smokin fryin rub and
" bam". It was a home run!! I had so many complements. Thanks

You will want to use Creative Cajun Cooking Smokin' Fryin' Rub on whole chickens, wings and pork. I like to coat the meat and let it set overnight in the fridge. Don't forget the Gator Pickles!
