    I dinged this one star just because I expected "Fire House" to mean HOT! It's not (understanding that "heat" can be subjective) . However, both my wife and I really like the flavor it brings. Not like the other brand I've used for years which can mask the flavor of the dish. This pairs well and brings a subtle hint of lemon that surprised me.

    This is by far our favorite seasoning. It is good on Chicken, Salmon, Potatoes, and any veggie. It is family approved. I even bought some this year to make a gift basket for my Brother that loves to cook.
