So even if you don’t like Okra, I have a great track record of turning those okra haters into okra lovers. They have the same great taste as the pickles in an okra pod. They make great Bloody Marys’ and when you pour the juice in a Martini it becomes a Dirty “Gator” Martini. They also work great on that fabulous pickle and cheese tray for those special guest you have.

Those okra spears go great with a sandwich. I put a couple of hot pepper in the jar...to warm them up!

My son and I are constantly fighting over these jewels of Jimmy Babin creation!! Eat 'em like candy, because that's what they taste like!! My son said, "I never thought okra could taste so good!!" His Daddy agrees 110%!!!

We've tried lots of different brands of pickled okra, but Gator Pickled Okra is by far the best. In fact, we give it a perfect "10". The Gator pickles are fabulous too!!

I could eat an entire jar of these in one sitting! There is just the right amount of sweetness that compliments the okra and they also has a nice texture as you chew. I will definitely be reordering some more of these puppies!
