Buffalos ain't got no wings, but chickens do. The front leg of an alligator looks just like a chicken wing without the skin. So gather up some gator meat and let the fun begin.

    Great light batter for wings & shrimp. Combine with the Swamp Dust, toss in butter & hot sauce after frying & you are guaranteed zero leftovers.

    Used this to fry alligator meat with a little Magic Swamp Dust. I went by the recipe on the package and made the gator delicious. My whole family loved it. Thank you, Mr. Babin for your products and excellent service.

    We have used this product so far on pork chops(wow) and fried jalapeños in it. They peppers would go faster than we could take them out the grease. I would recommend this to everybody to try.
