    I have only used once to season a pot of purple hull peas so far. It has a good flavor not so salty os some. Looking forward to using again.

    I live in the central Texas area, but my family is from southern Louisiana, and I adore Creole and Cajun cooking, so I was excited when I was introduced to Magic Swamp Dust by my sister who lives in the Baton Rouge region, and who sent me a "care package from home" for Christmas, which included a can of Magic Swamp Dust, and I've been hooked on it since my 1st taste. That was 4 years ago and since then I've ordered a 12-can case every year; 2 cases 1 year; not just for myself, but to give to friends and my children's families who have come to love it as well. Aside from the flavor that compliments every dish that I cook with it and put it on at the table, as a T2 diabetic I have to be very careful of my salt intake, and I LOVE that this seasoning is only 7% sodium and I use it in place of table salt. If you haven't tried it yet, I know that you'll love it when you do!

    THIS IS MY #1 FAVORITE “DO ALL” seasoning! Aside from the obvious fish shrimp salmon crab crawfish &even hush puppies…ITS AMAZING ON CHEESE TOAST,SCRAMBLED EGGS, POPCORN,APPLES and even FRIES AND VEGIS. My absolute ? BEST!!!

    i like to put some on my hand and lick it off. But i use it on a lot of things from tuna salad to Bloody Mary's
