    Magic Swamp Dust is, in my opinion, the taste that brings you home to Louisiana. I grew up on cajun and creole foods, but living in central Texas we don't have much in the way of Cajun seasonings available and when my sister sent me a container of Swamp Dust for Xmas 2 years ago I fell in love with it and I put it into virtually everything I cook. I doesn't get any better or any truer cajun.

    We sprinkle the magic on everything! We found this while visiting in Texas at Efurds peach farm loved it so much had to order it online! We even got an extra one for my father-in-law! It's great on tomatoes and corn on the cob!!

    I won't make jambalaya without Magic Swamp Dust. That pretty much goes without saying. But it adds so much to so many dishes! I get rave reviews and requests for seconds (and thirds) when I use it in gravy to go with Swedish meatballs or Salisbury steak... it's just the thing to sprinkle on a grilled cheese sandwich... the sky's the limit, really. I suppose you -could- have a kitchen without Magic Swamp Dust, but why would you want to?

    I love this stuff! I buy it everytime I go down to Louisiana, but since Covid19 hit I was so upset I wasn't going to be able to get this anymore, luckily I was able to order it! ^_^
