Creative Cajun Cooking Business Catering works for even the largest company's needs. Just one of Jimmy's pots can make 1000 servings of jambalaya, or anything else! He also has crawfish boilers, fryers, and smokers with the capacity to serve large crowds quickly. The 48' trailer also serves as a double line buffet station. We prefer cooking on site, but can also deliver.
