La Pavilion is our Outdoor Event Center on the Amite River. It is weather resistant, with rain panels and commercial grade air coolers. It offers scenic views, a swimming pool, plenty of space for food and beverage service, a large parking lot, and boat access.
This venue can be booked with or without catering, but is included for free with larger catering packages.

2---Nonalcoholic beverages can be added at $5.00 per person.
3---Prices above are based on a minimum of 150 people
4---If cooking on your site is required and it will take a space of 100 ft. X 24 ft. to set up next to your serving location to assure hot fresh food. I will need to inspect location before acceptance to assure of getting the Big Rig in.
5---Prices reflect all food set up “Buffet Style” using our electric warmers and ice tables.
6---I also have a venue (La Pavilion) at 14468 Bayou Terrace Dr. St. Amant, La. 70774 that is $1100 with a catering package of less than $7,000. The venue is FREE if your catering package is OVER $7,000. If you just want to rent the Pavilion without our catering services, it's $2200 for the full day.
6—A---I have tables and chairs available for you to use. They will be on racks on wheels. I will place them at the Pavilion for you to set them up to your liking. I will pick them up when your event is completed.
6---B---I have white table cloths available for rent for $3 each or you can use your own.
6---C---Please avoid glass containers as when they break on the concrete it becomes a hazard to your guest as well.
6---D---You are allowed to put up your own decorations ahead of your event, but please remove the ones you want to keep at the end of your event.
6---E---I will have garbage cans around the area and will keep them changed out as needed.
6---F--- The buffet line will be set up at the end of the Cabana where I have clear curtains to roll down in case of bad weather conditions.
6---G--- The pavilion has clear curtains to close during bad weather conditions also.
6---H--- I have fans and heaters in case it is required for the weather conditions.
7--- Gratuity needs to be paid directly to the employees working the event. If you are satisfied with their performance and courtesy, please show them your appreciation.
