Buffalos ain't got no wings, but chickens do. The front leg of an alligator looks just like a chicken wing without the skin. So gather up some gator meat and let the fun begin.
We suggest Magic Swamp Dust  to enhance the flavor. Also try frying chicken, and vegetables with this great seasoned batter!
