I absolutely love this seasoning. I eat it on practically everything. I highly recommend this to anyone. If you don't like spicy check out the regular but I promise when you try this you will not be disappointed!!
Minnesota LOVES Ya!!!

I've been ordering the Fire Department Blend and a few other goodies from you fine folks for a couple years now and I'm in love. Not only has everything I've ordered been delicious, but everything ships quickly and most importantly you've always treated me like family. Both at home and deployed overseas you guys have taken care of me, my family and my troops like we were family. I'll be a lifelong customer and I'm always happy to sing your praises to everyone I know. Keep up the awesome work and fabulous customer service. Us Gophers love you Gators (is that only a Florida thing?)... or Bulldogs? Tigers? All you'se Cajuns, no matter your mascot... :)
Just the right flavor

I thought the fire dept magic swamp dust would be extremely spicy, but it wasn't. It is the perfect blend of spices and flavor. I I would highly recommend.
The "Everything" Seasoning

We use it on everything. More spice and less salt than other brands we have tried. It is a staple in our house. And you really need to try it on popcorn. YUM!

Really a nice blend if you like it a little spicy. Fry some oysters in the wing batter, top with horseradish hollandaise sauce & dust with the Fire Dept Blend. Out of the park Goooood!

The Fire Department blend is an excellent spice that is good on just about anything and also right out of your hand. Great on raw or grilled vegetables. My father is a diabetic and food is kind of bland and boring so he uses the spice to add flavor, he loves it.

This swamp dust has been placed front & center of my spice cabinet! Already bought more, coz I'd be sick if I ran out! Love all their products, and recipes!
I'd consider eating my own leg if this were sprinkled on it... Oh yeah, it's that good...

My boyfriend and I are hooked on the Fire Department Blend Swamp Dust. We've ordered two boxes over the last two years to be shipped up here to Minnesota. I can't say enough good things about it. We use it on just about everything but cereal and ice cream. :)
The Best Seasoning You'll Ever Taste!!!

On a trip to Louisiana from Georgia, my cousin told me to stop by the store and get a few cans. I opened a can in the store and I've been hooked ever since that day. Now I order 12 at a time. Also the owner was so generous in sharing other items like the pickles on the house. Those pickles make me want to eat my fingers. I'm hooked on them as well. That will be my next big order.
Great with grilled squash

My husband and I love the Cajun Magic Dust. We have got our son and his family loving it also. My granddaughers 5 and 3 will even eat the Fire Department seasoning. We love it with grilled yellow squash and zucchini squash. You just put olive oil in a large ziplock bag. Cut the squash long ways into fourths. Then cut it into 1-2 inch pieces, put in bag and coat and put in grill basket. Season with Cajun Magic Dust to suite you taste. Leave a little crunchy. Great flavor.
