    Great with grilled squash

    My husband and I love the Cajun Magic Dust. We have got our son and his family loving it also. My granddaughers 5 and 3 will even eat the Fire Department seasoning. We love it with grilled yellow squash and zucchini squash. You just put olive oil in a large ziplock bag. Cut the squash long ways into fourths. Then cut it into 1-2 inch pieces, put in bag and coat and put in grill basket. Season with Cajun Magic Dust to suite you taste. Leave a little crunchy. Great flavor.

    This Yankee up north loves the Fire Department Blend of Swamp Dust seasoning. I make a wicked home made beef jerky and this seasoning puts it over the top. This was a new product to me and I was lucky enough to have a friend down in Louisiana who brought up a can to me. Most definitely will be placing a order for another can soon.

    Rich in flavor, not heat. This product has a kick but the heat amps up the flavor. This is not beads-of-sweat-on-the-forehead kind of heat. We use it almost interchangeably with the regular swamp dust. I prefer the more pronounced flavor of this on beef. It works extremely well on stronger fish, like salmon, although use a deft hand on milder fish and it's yummy too.

    We love the Fire Department Blend Swamp Dust seasoning. My son came out to California from Louisiana to visit me and brought this with him. He said he couldn't cook without it. Now I know why. We use it in everything. We can't think of preparing a meal without it. One of the best products we have ever used. Absolutely love it.
